Items are refunded to your original payment method once they reach our warehouse which can take up to 28 days from the day the items were posted.
Once we process your return, your funds will be paid back to you in the timescales stated below:

Timescales quoted above do not include the 28 days required for the item(s) to reach our warehouse.
In most cases we will send an email confirming we have processed a refund and include an ARN (Acquirer Reference Number) for the payment.
Please quote the ARN if you need to query a refund with your bank e.g. if there is a delay in the refund showing in your bank account.
