Below is a list of items JoJo Maman Bebe has recalled.

If you have purchased an item on your JoJo Maman Bébé account which is later recalled call us on + 333 444 4584** to arrange a return.

URGENT RECALL NOTICE

We have identified products within our range of our own brand JoJo Maman Bébé where there is a problem with the way the poppers used for fastenings were attached.

This could lead to either a part of the popper being accessible – leading to a scratch risk, or for them to become detached from the product - which could present a choking hazard.

At JoJo, we take the safety of all our products very seriously. On this occasion, these products have fallen below our strict technical and safety standards, and as such we have taken the decision to issue a recall.

If you bought any of the products listed below on JoJo Maman Bebe website, please call our Customer Service team on [phone] and they will be able to arrange a return and full refund.

If you purchased any of the products listed below in a store, please visit one of our JoJo stores for a full refund and to return the item(s) to us.

If you have given this item as a gift, please ask the recipient to contact our customer service team or visit a JoJo Maman Bebe store as soon as possible.

Savannah Supersized Foam Playmat
Urban Garden Foam Mat.

Following advice from our supplier, we are issuing a recall for the Savannah Supersized Foam Playmat and the Urban Garden Foam Mat with Batch number IN 0623, IN 0723, IN 0823 and IN 1023.

You can find the batch information on the bottom of the product or under the barcode.

The product has a printed film laminated onto the foam, and the film can become scratched and peel off after a certain period, creating small parts.

If you have bought the product, please stop using it immediately and return to us for a full refund.

In cooperation with the Irish CCPC, we are conducting a voluntary recall of the Silicone Soother Clip in pink, grey and blue due to a potential risk associated with the beaded string.
We are taking a precautionary measure of recalling this line and request you return the item to us immediately for a full refund.

Alternatively, please return the item to a store (for a full refund).
