How do I check the balance of my gift card?
You can check your balance any time by calling 0333 777 8800 (UK) or 1890 88 6111 (Republic of Ireland). You’ll also see your remaining balance printed on your receipt after any in-store purchase.
Can I top up my gift card?
Yes, you can add more money to a Physical Gift Card in participating JoJo Maman Bébé and Next stores, up to a maximum of £200. Please note, eGift Cards can’t be topped up.
How long is the gift card valid?
Your Gift Card or eGift Card will stay valid for 24 months from the last time you used it to make a purchase or check your balance.
Do I need to use the full gift card amount for one purchase?
Not at all! You can spend just part of your balance and save the rest for later, as long as it’s before the expiry date.
