*If you request a courier to collect any items from home or return using a Evri ParcelShop or Royal Mail, a £2.50 return charge will be applied for each collection made by our courier, regardless of the number of items collected. If you paid for the order by credit/debit card or PayPal, any charges will be deducted from your refund. If you return the whole order the £4.50 delivery charge will be refunded.
