How It Works

JoJo Reloved is our preloved clothing trade-in scheme, in partnership with thelittleloop. Customers can trade in children's clothes and earn credit, supporting sustainability and circular fashion. 

OPTION 1: Online Trade-In Tool *Slightly more effort for higher credit*

  1. Visit our Reloved landing page: https://www.jojomamanbebe.co.uk/reloved
  2. Enter JoJo items into the trade-in widget by using the category drop-down and selecting the item’s condition. Here you will see the estimated credit value for each item and a running total.
  3. Once all items are entered, click ‘Confirm selection’, which will open the Little Loop site in a new tab.
  4. Create an account or log in to thelittleloop.
  5. Review trade in list and add more items if applicable (you can choose to add from other thelittleloop’s partner brands at this point).
  6. Trade in items by using the toggle buttons to mark items. At least one item must be marked to proceed.
  7. Confirm and pay £3.65 postage fee unless trading 10+ items (then postage is free).
  8. You will then receive a confirmation email, which contains packing instructions, shipping label/QR code, and Royal Mail link.
  9. Pack the items in any bag, and post via Post Office or book a Royal Mail collection.
  10. Items are checked, steam-sanitised, and listed for resale by thelittleloop
  11. You will receive an email to confirm that the credit has been added to your account.
  12. Choose how to spend your credit:
    • Shop second-hand on thelittleloop website 
    • Exchange credit for a JoJo website promotional voucher code: Enter promotional voucher in the ‘Promotion Code’ field at checkout for online purchases (T’s & C’s: online purchases only, full-price items only, must spend at least £0.01 over voucher value, no refunds (doesn’t affect your statutory rights).

OPTION 2: Clear-Out Bag *Very low effort for slightly lower credit* 

  1. Pick up a JoJo x Little Loop clear-out bag (free) with instructions and QR code from a JoJo store - To find your nearest store, click here
  2. Fill with clean children's clothes (any brand). Scan QR code to sign up to thelittleloop and to obtain a postage label. NB: you can send any brand, but will only receive credit for thelittleloop partner brands.
  3. Send your filled bag to thelittleloop via Royal Mail. Filled clear-out bags are not to be returned to JoJo stores.
  4. Items are checked, steam-sanitised, and listed for resale by thelittleloop.
  5. You will receive an email to confirm that the credit has been added to your account.
  6. Choose how to spend your credit:
    • Shop second-hand on thelittleloop website
    • Exchange credit for a JoJo website promotional voucher code: Enter promotional voucher in the ‘Promotion Code’ field at checkout for online purchases (T’s & C’s: online purchases only, full-price items only, must spend at least £0.01 over voucher value, no refunds (doesn’t affect your statutory rights).
