Yes, in order to manage your trade-ins, receive credit, and redeem vouchers, you will be required to create an account when you complete your first trade-in.
How much credit will I receive?
This is completely dependent on the condition of the items, but we will always aim to provide the best prices possible for your Reloved items. Our online tool will always offer a better trade-in price (up to 10% more!).

Log into your thelittleloop account and navigate to ‘My Wallet’.
Can I get cash instead of credit?
No, the credit you receive cannot be exchanged for cash.
Where can I use the credit?
Credit can only be used on the thelittleloop site or converted into a JoJo Promotional Voucher for use on the JoJo website.
What is a JoJo Promotional Voucher?
A 10-digit single-use promo code (or Promotional Voucher) to spend on the JoJo website. This code needs to be added to the ‘Promo Code’ field when checking out.
What can I buy with a Promotional Voucher?
You can purchase any full priced items from our JoJo site, but you can not use this Promotional Voucher on sale items or gift cards. You must also spend £0.01 over the value of the Promotional Voucher for it to be redeemed.
Can I use multiple Promotional Vouchers at once?
No, you can only use 1 Promotional Voucher per order. You can build up your credit within your wallet and convert this into a larger amount if you want to.
Do Promotional Vouchers expire?
Yes, expiry dates will be clearly stated in the confirmation email.
Are JoJo Promotional Vouchers refundable?
No – Promotional Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If an item purchased using a Promotional Voucher is returned, the value won’t be refunded. This will not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty items.
