We have tried to make the process as simple as possible, giving you choice and flexibility to ship your items. We have two ways you can send your items to be Reloved!
- Online tool: use our online tool here, follow the on screen instructions and complete your trade-in. You will be charged £3.65 unless you trade 10+ items (then free)
- In-store bag: Pop into any JoJo store for a Free clear-out bag, fill up the bag with your items and return using the QR code provided - postage for the in-store bag is FREE.
Can I drop the clear-out bag at a JoJo store?
No, these must be posted using the QR code and Royal Mail.
How do I get my postage label?
You will be given a link from Royal Mail after you process your trade-in online, which you can print or use the QR code at your post office. If you collect a bag in-store, we will supply the QR code with your clear-out bag.
